Development
- We will ensure development of skating skills through natural learning phases (Introduction, acquisition and retention/mastery).
- We will promote development through programming, education and use of resources from Skate Canada.
- We will encourage respect through collaboration of coaches, skaters and parents to encourage the skater to achieve their personal best.
- We will encourage respect by promoting consideration and helpfulness.
- We will encourage inclusion by empowering children to recognize their own potential and advocate for changes in society to enable them to fully realize that potential.
- We will promote inclusion of all abilities, cultures and genders within our community through openness and an atmosphere of fun.
